Experience i had it was 2nd to none.Needed a car for Monday and it was Saturday,had no problem making an appointment on Sunday. Thanks to Dave. Customer service impressive. Car was clean well presented, moted,serviced, everything worked as it should. I would recommend anyone looking for the car visit his business. Just done ove 1000 miles not even 1 issue. Really good communication. I always knew what was happening and when actions would be complete. When I picked up the car it was exactly as described and as I expected. They even picked me up from the station.

Dave and Carly were very helpful, friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. There was no big sales pitch it was just like talking with friends. We had purchased a car from them before and was extremely happy with it , so returning to them when we wanted to change to a larger car was a no brainer. Would highly recommend them and we do tell friends to go and see them if they are looking for a great reliable car. Excellent service.

It was honestly the best motor purchase I’ve had; I’m 60 and have bought a few cars in my time. The previous communication was quick, honest and with no pressure or hard sell. As soon as I spoke with Dave I felt confident in what he was saying and this was backed up by actually seeing the car. Dave collected me from the railway station in ‘my’ Volvo so I could get a chance to look and drive. It was well cared for previously and well valeted. So my mind was pretty much made up whilst I was walking towards the car from the station. Thoroughly recommend Dave and Carly, thanks to you both.

Nice and genuine seller

Net cars were brilliant, couldn't do enough for me, sorted everything out so all I had to do was drive the car away, very friendly and gave me lots of information all the history of the car would go there again, and would recommend net cars to others.

I'm so pleased with my recent car bought from Net Cars Ilkeston and recommend buying from this small family business. We travelled from Cornwall to Derby where we were met at the train station by Dave the owner in the car I was looking to buy. We also had our test drive afterwards. There was no pressure put on us at all from the owner and we were given time on our own to look around the vehicle. Everything in the advertisement was correct, including service history and description. The car also came with 6 months warranty and Dave was able to provide us with all the information we required. After buying the car we drove it immediately 350 miles back to Cornwall and it drove beautifully, no concerns whatsoever I’ve been using it every day since. Can't find any faults, the advertisement for this car was 100% accurate and I would recommend Net Cars to anyone. They have a personal friendly approach with no pressure, gimmicks or hard sell.
